Wake Hustle and Grind

Dreaming Big and Working Hard, Mo Money is Aiming to Achieve it All

From South Carolina, independent artist Mo Money fell in love with music at a young age. Growing up in a church singing family, she quickly leaned into rap as a form of self-expression, as singing was not her forte.

Today, she describes her music genre as a mixture of trap and club anthems with ‘raw hip-hop energy.’

“I make music that makes you want to turn up, but also gives you the motivation to push through anything,” said Mo Money.

Mo Money decided to fully pursue music when she realized that it offered her the freedom to express herself and share her story with the world.

Using self-motivation as her drive to grow both as a person and as an artist, Mo Money has released six singles and strives to become a household name. Being ruled out by others as a young girl, she is determined to reach her goals.

“I promised myself as a kid that I’d be somebody, and I’ve carried that energy ever since,” said Mo Money.

Aside from maturing as an artist, she strives to create housing for low-income families with luxury living spaces, in hopes of giving everyone a chance to experience nice things, regardless of their social class status.

“It’s bigger than music for me; I want to create a legacy that impacts lives,” said Mo Money.

She also aspires to create albums that hit the music charts, perform her music worldwide, and build a loyal fanbase.

“I want to… bring real value through my music and presence,” said Mo Money.

“444” is Mo Money’s latest single in which she holds near to her heart because of its deep meaning. “444” can be streamed on Spotify along with her entire catalog. As for her journey,  Mo Money says this is only the beginning.

“I’m here to stay, I’m here to win, and I’m here to give back,” said Mo Money.
