Lead Inspection Website Development (20-Hour Build)
1. Project Overview
Wake Hustle Grind will design and develop a professional, mobile-responsive website for a Lead Inspection / Lead Risk Assessment service. The website will clearly communicate services, support easy updating and management of forms, and provide a scalable foundation for future application development.

Phase 1: Planning & Discovery (4 Hours)
- Project kickoff and requirements review
- Site map and page structure planning
- Content and form workflow discussion
- 4 in-person meetings included (strategy, review, and final walkthrough)
Phase 2: Website Design & Layout (6 Hours)
- Custom homepage layout design
- Fully responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Brand color palette, typography, and layout styling
- UI/UX design focused on easy updating and management of forms:
- Clear form placement and user flow
- Admin-friendly structure for future form updates
- Scalable layout to support additional inspection forms
Phase 3: Page Development (6 Hours)
- Build up to 5 core pages:
- Home
- Services (Inspection / Risk Assessment / Clearance)
- About
- Contact / Inspection Request
- Compliance / FAQ or Resources
- Internal navigation + call-to-action sections
- SEO-friendly structure
- Embedded forms and lead capture
Phase 4: Integrations & Optimization (3 Hours)
- Contact + inspection request form setup
- Email notification integration
- Basic SEO setup (titles + meta descriptions)
- Analytics/tracking setup (if provided)
- Performance and security optimization
Phase 5: Review & Launch (1 Hour)
- Final review and approval
- Cross-device testing

Project Fee
$1,200
- Includes Free Domain: 1 year
- Includes Free Hosting: 12 months
- Includes: 4 in-person meetings
- 50% Deposit: $600 due to begin work
- 50% Balance: $600 due upon completion prior to launch
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide logo and branding assets (if available)
- Provide or approve website content
- Attend scheduled in-person meetings
- Provide timely feedback during review phases
7. Out of Scope (Not Included)
- Custom web application or inspector dashboards
- Payment processing or invoicing systems
- Advanced user portals or databases
- Ongoing maintenance beyond first year
- Additional revisions beyond scope
These services may be quoted separately upon request.
8. Ownership & Rights
Upon final payment, the client will own all website content and design files, excluding any third-party software, plugins, or licensed assets used to build the website.

By approving this Statement of Work, both parties agree to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined above.

A $600 (50%) deposit is required to start work. This deposit secures project scheduling, domain registration, hosting setup, and development time.
Payment confirms agreement and authorizes Wake Hustle Grind to begin work.
