1. Project Overview
This project involves taking an existing sample website created on the Bold app and deploying it as a fully functional WordPress website. The objective is to preserve the design and functionality while enabling easier management, scalability, and integrations.
2. Scope of Work
A. WordPress Development & Deployment
- Analyze the existing Bold app website
- Recreate design and structure in WordPress
- Configure theme, plugins, and core settings
- Ensure mobile and tablet responsiveness
- Deploy site to live hosting environment
Estimated build time: 8 hours (flat project rate applied).
B. Jotform Integration
- Set up and integrate Jotform(s) into WordPress
- Configure notifications and workflows
Jotform subscription: $25/month (separate).
C. Chatbot Integration
- Deploy Jotform-based chatbot
- Configure user flow and responses
Chatbot subscription: $10/month (separate).
D. Hosting & Domain
- 12 months WordPress hosting
- 1 free domain for 12 months
- Domain + hosting configuration
3. Deliverables
- Live WordPress website based on Bold app design
- Active hosting and domain
- Integrated forms and chatbot
- WordPress admin access
4. Timeline
Project begins upon payment confirmation and will be completed within 4–7 business days, assuming timely client feedback.
